The business world settles into a “new normal” past the initial years of the global COVID-19 pandemic. Companies are evaluating how to manage in-person, remote, and hybrid workforces. During the initial pandemic lockdowns, a vast majority of employees were sent home and asked to work remotely in very short notice.
Following our current era, building a hybrid working environment requires allowing technology to serve employees where and when they want to work and consolidate communications and other tools to become more efficient and productive.
In this session we will discuss business landscape and hybrid working environment, why we need this platform and which environment decide this platform.
